Pre-Order Items

• Some products may be available for pre-order before they are in stock.

• Pre-order items will clearly indicate estimated shipping dates on the product page.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.

• Your credit card or payment method will be authorized immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

• Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

• Shipping costs for pre-order items are the same as regular orders, unless otherwise stated.

Changes & Cancellations

• Pre-orders can be modified or canceled only before the item has shipped.

• Once a pre-order item ships, it is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
