Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Babibooms.us is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item at support@babibooms.us so we can resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
